About Converge

Who Are We?

Founded in 2015, Converge is not a traditional property management firm, we're a partner in community governance. We work exclusively with condominium and strata corporations across Western Canada to support their boards and councils in delivering on their mandate: long-term health, financial stewardship, and delivering peace of mind to their shared ownership communities.

Our role is intentional and deeply specialized. We bring clarity, structure, and executional support to board-led communities, from financial forecasting and administration to vendor coordination and community communications. We do not direct strategy or make decisions on behalf of owners unless asked. Instead, we enable volunteer boards to make those decisions with the confidence that day-to-day operations are running smoothly and professionally.

Because of this approach, Converge helps reduce volunteer hours, lower risk, and increase organizational resilience all while ensuring the board remains fully in control with access to the organization, tools, and expertise they require.
